Like many others maybe you are not the biggest fan of cauliflower at first. But its nutritional advantages compel you to make it part of your life you will. Even though many recipes have labeled “cauliflower mac and cheese” or “cauliflower wings,” Nutritious vegetables are not the same in taste you don’t want them as desired, but you have to take them as required. However, one way to help eat more cauliflower is to mask the taste with a lot of delicious flavors.
- 2 cups of fresh cauliflower
- Three tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeño
- 2 cups of a cooked skirt
- 2 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup thick cream
- 1/4 cup of cooked crumbled bacon
- Two tablespoons sliced green onions
You need Chopped cauliflower in small pieces. Cook it or steam it’s up to you to do it with the favorite method. Check it with the fork if it softens and places the side.
