Keto Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites

These Keto peanut butter cheese bites are a delicious dessert, low in carbohydrates, high in fat and no cooking that will make you come back for more!

It’s completely fair to say that I’ve been on a cheese kick lately.

All you need is cream cheese, whipped cream, erythritol (Swerve use), peanut butter, chocolate (Lily’s is my favorite, sweetened with erythritol) and coconut oil.


8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of erythritol powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup Lily’s chocolate without sugar (I used 1.5 bars)
2 teaspoons of coconut oil



Mix cream cheese, erythritol and heavy whipped cream until soft
Mix the peanut butter and the vanilla extract until they are completely combined, apart
Melt the chocolate and mix it with coconut oil
Brush the silicone cups (I use this *) with the chocolate mixture and place them in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Repeat the previous step and freeze for 10 minutes
Place a couple of tablespoons of cheesecake fluff in the cup and freeze for 15 minutes
Top cups with chocolate to cover the lint of the cheesecake
Freeze for 20 minutes covered or refrigerate for 1 hour
